Our limited GONGFU OF PANDA LAND is inspired by my travels and tea experiences in Sichuan province during the summer of 2014.

This is a gongfu-style, ceremonial black tea made of small leaves and buds in 2020 in Yibin, Sichuan province. A crafty black tea with the typical gongfu black characteristics, it brings a spicy, woody, natural profile on long steepings. A perfect fit for winter days as it warms up body and soul when it's cold outside.

Our brewing recommendations:


  • Ceramic gaiwan or clay teapot of 100-200ml capacity;

  • Spring water or purified water at 95°C temperature;

  • Gongfu-style brewing with about 6-8 gramms of tea leaves;

  • Up to 6 infusions at 10-20 seconds per steep.
