Bai Mu Dan (白牡丹) a.k.a. "White Peony" white tea from small farms near Fuding County (福鼎) in Fujian Province, China. Popular tea style with one bud, one leaf plucking standard harvested each spring, resulting in a smooth yet rich tea.
Distinct, elegant fragrance reminding us of white flowers in full bloom during spring, hence the name of this tea style. First couple of infusions produce a smooth, fruity, light flavour profile while later brews bring out notes of honey and vanilla with and a long, sweet aftertaste.
One pack contains 30g of 2020 spring harvest.
